Terms of Use
Last updated:
The short version: the content on this website is general information, not advice for your specific business. Booking a discovery call doesn’t commit you to anything. Paid work is always covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, and that document is what counts.
About these terms
This website is operated by Froebel F. Mata, who runs MRD (Marketing · Revenue · Development), a fractional B2B growth practice based in the Philippines. In these terms, “MRD”, “we”, and “us” mean that practice, and “you” means anyone who uses the website.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
How the website works
The website is free to use and fully public: there are no accounts, logins, or contact forms. You can read the services, case studies, and blog, and the “Book a discovery call” buttons take you to our scheduling page on Cal.com. To reach us directly, use the email address, phone number, or LinkedIn link in the footer.
Website content
Everything on this website, including the blog, service descriptions, and FAQs, is general information about marketing, revenue operations, and web development. It isn’t professional advice for your specific situation, and you should get advice that fits your business before acting on it.
We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise it’s always complete or current. Tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce change often, so features and settings described in an article may look different by the time you read it.
Case studies and company logos
Case studies describe past projects. Every business is different, and the outcomes described depend on each company’s situation, team, and tools, so they aren’t a promise of the results you’ll get.
Company names and logos shown on this site identify organizations Froebel has worked with or for. They belong to their owners, and showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse MRD. Product names such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Cal.com are trademarks of their respective owners.
Booking a discovery call
Calls are booked through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service, and its own terms apply to the booking page. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Booking or attending a discovery call doesn’t create a client relationship or any obligation for either of us.
Client engagements
Paid services, such as the MRD Audit & Roadmap Sprint, Fractional Principal Lead, Fractional MRD Team, and Advisory engagements, are only provided under a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, fees, timeline, payment terms, and how either side can end the engagement. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement applies.
Intellectual property
The MRD name and logo, and the text, graphics, and design of this website, belong to MRD unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to read, share links to, and quote short extracts from our articles with credit and a link back. Please don’t copy, republish, or sell substantial parts of the site without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You’re welcome to browse the site, read and share the articles, and book a call. We just ask that you use it the way it’s intended. Please don’t:
- book calls you don’t plan to attend, use a fake name or email, or use the booking page to send sales pitches or spam;
- try to hack, probe, or get into the site’s server or any files that aren’t meant to be public;
- upload or send anything harmful, such as viruses or malicious links, or flood the site with automated traffic; or
- use bots or other automated tools to copy the site’s content, such as the articles and case studies, without our permission.
The website protects itself automatically: it limits how many pages one visitor can request per minute, and it blocks requests that look like hacking attempts. If you browse normally, you’ll never notice. If someone misuses the site, we may also cancel their bookings or block their access.
Reporting a security issue
If you think you’ve found a security weakness on this website, please email mata.froebel@gmail.com with the details and give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Please don’t access or change data that isn’t yours, disrupt the site, or run automated attacks to test it. We appreciate responsible reports.
Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Cal.com, and the websites of companies we’ve worked with. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available and working, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, update, or remove any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, MRD isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Liability for paid work is set out in the client’s proposal or agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of the Philippines. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
